Processing Time
All our items are hand made to order. Each product page lists the making time. For most items it is 2 weeks, for hardwood pieces or larger units 3 weeks.
Most orders are delivered by FedEx (or rarely your local postal service), depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times once items are ready:
- United States: ~1.5 weeks
- Canada: ~1.5 weeks
- Europe: ~1 week
- United Kingdom: ~1 week
- Australia: ~1.5–2 weeks
- Rest of the world: ~2–3 weeks
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Available shipping options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
All Inclusive Pricing*
For customers in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland, the price shown at checkout is final and all-inclusive.
This means all customs duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, and other taxes are already included.
We ship using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so you will not receive any surprise fees upon delivery.
If you live outside the countries listed above, please contact me before placing your order so I can check whether your country may charge additional import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist you.
